For Investment Clubs
Stop Guessing Who Owns What.
Stop running your portfolio on a spreadsheet. Zeturi handles unitisation, NAV calculations, and member statements from the same ledger.
Why Excel is Costing You Money
Most spreadsheets treat new money incorrectly, silently diluting early members.
New member joins in Year 3 and gets Year 1’s growth for free, so early members lose out.
Exiting member’s payout is a manual calculation argument.
No auditable statement; members trust a screenshot.
New members buy units at the current NAV price. Early members keep their growth.
Exit value calculated from today’s NAV, with the method visible.
Member statements generated from the same NAV and unit ledger.
Zeturi vs the Spreadsheet
A spreadsheet holds numbers. It can't price new money fairly, prove who changed what, or recalculate everyone's share.
What the Spreadsheet Can’t Do
Unit prices, NAV, member exits. The hard stuff that breaks Excel.
True Unitisation
Track member ownership via units, not rand amounts. When assets grow, the unit price grows. New members buy in at the current price, so early members keep their growth. Everyone sees exactly what their stake is worth.
Portfolio Tracking
Register JSE shares, ETFs, Bitcoin, or property. Update valuations monthly and the system re-calculates everyone’s position.
Member Benefit Statements
Generate member statements for every member: opening balance, growth, and closing balance. No more screenshots.
Unit Redemptions
Members can exit partially or fully. The system calculates redemption value at current NAV, with notice periods and liquidity checks built in.
Investment Voting
Vote on stock purchases, strategy changes, and major decisions. Every vote is recorded with a full audit trail for compliance.
Also Included
Income & Dividends
Record dividends, interest, and other income against the portfolio in a proper ledger.
Distributions
Pay out profits proportionally by units, with the split calculated for you.
Reconciliation
Match member contributions to the money that actually landed in the club’s account.
Audit Trail
Every valuation, unit change, and payout is logged and exportable for SARS or an auditor.
How the Math Works
Zeturi handles the complexity behind the scenes.
Contribute
Thabo contributes R 1 000. The current unit price is R 2.00.
Convert
The system issues Thabo 500 units (R 1 000 ÷ R 2.00).
Grow
The club’s assets grow by 10%. The unit price updates to R 2.20.
Track
Thabo’s 500 units are now worth R 1 100. He sees this on his dashboard.

Investment Club Questions, Answered
What is an investment club?
An investment club is a group that pools money to invest together, usually tracking each member's share as units so everyone's stake stays proportional to what they have contributed.
How does Zeturi keep each member's share fair?
Zeturi unitises the club. Each contribution buys units at the current unit price — net asset value divided by units in issue — so ownership stays fair as members join or add funds, with no dilution.
How much does it cost to run an investment club on Zeturi?
Setting up is free. Investment clubs run on the Growth plan from R 495 per month per scheme, paid from the club's funds. You can try the free unit price calculator first.
