Understanding Your Dashboard
Your dashboard is the central hub for your scheme. The layout and features you see depend on your scheme type (stokvel, burial society, investment club, or property syndicate) and your role (member, treasurer, or admin).
Zeturi shows you a customized dashboard based on your scheme type. A stokvel dashboard looks different from an investment club dashboard because they serve different purposes.

Understanding Key Metrics
Balance (Stokvels, Burial Societies)
Your current balance in ZAR. This is calculated as:
Total Contributions - Total Distributions ReceivedUnits (Investment Clubs, Property Syndicates)
Units represent your share of ownership. Your value is:
Units Owned × Current Unit Price (NAV)NAV (Net Asset Value)
For investment clubs and property syndicates, NAV is the total value of all assets divided by total units issued. It changes as asset values change.
Return Percentage
Shows your gain or loss:
((Current Value - Total Invested) / Total Invested) × 100- Green positive number = Profit
- Red negative number = Loss
