Joining a Scheme
To join an existing scheme, you need an invitation from a scheme admin or treasurer. This guide explains how to accept an invitation and become a member.
How Invitations Work
Scheme admins and treasurers can invite new members by email. Each invitation includes:
- The scheme name you're being invited to
- The name of the person who invited you
- Your role (Member, Treasurer, or Admin)
- A secure invitation link to accept the invitation
Zeturi uses secure invitation links to start acceptance. If sign-in is required, you'll complete the normal email code or password flow first.

Common Issues
Invitation Link Expired
Invitation links typically expire after 7 days. Ask the admin to resend the invitation. They can do this from the scheme's member management page.
Already a Member Error
Check your dashboard to see if the scheme is already listed. If you can't see it, contact the admin to verify your membership status.
Wrong Email Address
If the invitation was sent to the wrong email, you cannot transfer it. Ask the admin to send a new invitation to your correct email address.
Can't Find the Invitation Email
Check your spam/junk folder. If still not found, ask the admin to resend the invitation. They can see pending invitations on the member management page.
Multiple Schemes
You can be a member of multiple schemes with the same Zeturi account. Each scheme will have its own:
- Member ID (different for each scheme)
- Role (you might be Admin in one, Member in another)
- Balance or units
- Dashboard and settings
Switch between schemes using the scheme selector in the navigation menu.
Privacy and Security
When you join a scheme, only members of that scheme can see your information. Your data is protected under POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act). Other schemes you're not a member of cannot see your details.
What Other Members Can See
